Q1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a factory specialized in manufacturing diamond tools for stones and concrete, all products are offered by factory direct sale prices, LOGO, color and package can be customized, OEM available.

Q2. How to get a price list from you?

A: We have a wide range of products line, and also specifications, too many prices. That is why we don't have a price list on our website. If you would like to know our price, please kindly contact us and tell us the specification you want, we will offer you the best price accordingly.

Q3. Do you offer free samples?

A: We don't offer free samples, according to our many years' experience we think when people get the samples by paying. they will cherish what they get. Although the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production.

Q4. What's your payment terms?

A: T/T in advance, West Union, and for sample order, Ali Pay is accepted.

Q5. What is the delivery time?

A:If we have them in stock, cargo will be sent in 2 working days after receipt of payment. But we do not have all of them in stock, for regular products orders , we need about 1 week preparation and production, normally all orders not exceed 2 weeks. 

Q6. How about the shipping method?

A:DHL, Fedex, UPS, Air Shipment and Sea Shipment are all available as per yours’ requirements.
