Product Information


The pad features a durable, flexible polymer base molded into a bowl-like curvature, embedded with premium-grade synthetic diamond particles. The diamonds are evenly distributed and bonded using a high-strength resin matrix, ensuring consistent cutting efficiency and extended service life. Available in multiple grit sizes (coarse to ultra-fine), it supports multi-stage processing from aggressive material removal to mirror-like polishing.

 

Usually we develop the bowl shape polishing pads with diameters of 2” 4”, with Grit NO. of 50# 100# 200# 400# 800# 1500# 3000#, other specifications can be made as per customers’ requirement.
